Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.

What you can expect:
  • Greets customers including answering phones and directing customer inquiries to appropriate party.
  • Accept cash, checks, or bankcards for payment; completes check and bankcard transactions according to established retail procedures.
  • Calculates discounts or references; requests customer identification for certain discounts and receipts as required.
  • Count money, give change and issue receipt for funds received.
  • Answers routine billing questions/issues from customers.
  • Assists in the opening and closing of a retail location which includes but not limited to cash handling and deposits.
  • Informs customers about services available and assess customer needs.
  • Complete, process, and maintain applicable paperwork and records.
Your profile:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6 months - 2 years minimum of customer service or sales experienced (cash handling experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and highly observant.
  • Ability to multitask and manage their time.
  • Possesses strong mathematical skills.
  • Proven good customer service background.
  • Maintains professional demeanor.
