IT Consultant Customer Engagement Solutions (m/f/d)

As IT Consultant Customer Engagement Solutions, you will be part of HUGO BOSS’ exciting CLAIM 5 strategy as well as our transformation towards an experience driven company. You will  support the customer journey with the clear objective to provide the most desirable and personalized experiences. 
Within this role you will work with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, build own apps on a low code environment, connect social media management systems with centralized marketing applications and push our customer engagement landscape to the next level.

What you can expect:
  • Develop and drive our customer engagement solutions on a global scale with the focus on seamless customer experience, data integration and technology
  • Convert and design business requirements into consistent technical concepts, coordinate implementation tasks and ensure successful global rollouts
  • Consult and take over IT ownership for various technology solutions and act as single point of contact towards our internal stakeholders
  • Analyse and discover trends and innovations in order to extend and improve our technology stack and break new ground within our constant aim for excellent customer experience
     
Your profile:
  • Strong knowledge and interest in customer experience, customer relationship management, data management, marketing and technology
  • Degree in, Business Informatics, IT, Applied Computer Sciences, Business Economics, Marketing, Sales or related areas
  • Proven IT background and good knowledge of interface technology. Understanding of programming languages is a plus
  • Professional experience in IT, consulting, customer experience
  • Analytical strength and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in agile environments and high-performing teams
  • Fluent in English – German would be a plus
