We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) or working student (m/f/d) for a period of 6 months starting from 15th July. Become part of our change management team, acting as a link between the project team and the various stakeholders in the company. Our team takes a central operational and strategic role within the global enterprise project for SAP S/4 HANA implementation. We ensure marketing on the overall project, communication of various project topics to different internal and external target groups, as well as training for all affected users.
What you can expect:
- An open-minded team that will support you during your internship or working student activity and influence your further development
- Support in operational communication and marketing activities in the international S/4 HANA project
- Editorial work of communication content based on different media (intranet, text, photos, video, surveys)
- Organizing events and info sessions and coordinating participants, dates, rooms and technology for them
- You will take on responsibility in the context of managing work packages and small projects, which you can also work on independently
- Comprehensive insights into the program management of a long-term, international corporate project of HUGO BOSS AG
Your profile:
- Studies in media and communication sciences, business administration or comparable studies
- You are interested in change management and project management and ideally already have some previous experience (e.g. through participation in seminars, modules or practical experience)
- Working in a team and taking the initiative are part of your approach
- Sense of responsibility, structuredness and goal orientation are among your strengths
- Very good written and spoken German and, in addition, good written and spoken English skills
