Senior Project Manager Digital Business Operations (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Digital Business Operations & Projects department, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d). 


What you can expect:
  • Responsibility and management of strategic company-wide digitalization initiatives in the context of the development of the smart tech driven Business Operations Platform
  • Possible projects are the introduction of a product development & collaboration platform, the roll-out of an integrated business planning software or the technological implementation of our Sustainable Supply Chain Roadmap
  • You will work in a project setup and be the central interface between all business areas such as Brand/Product Development and Supply Chain, internal IT or external software vendors to implement system specific requirements 
  • Lateral leadership responsibility and application of current project management tools and methods
  • Increase process harmonization and system-based processes within business operations teams with a focus on data consistency and efficiency 
  • Measurable optimization of work processes through new technology
  • Active stakeholder and change management within the organization to ensure sustainable project success
Your profile:
  • You have a degree in Fashion/Textile Management and/or Business Administration/Project Management or a comparable degree
  • You have an overall business understanding and a broad knowledge of the business processes of the fashion industry, especially in product development and supply chain processes
  • You have extensive experience in project management and in the implementation of complex software solutions 
  • Strategic thinking, result-oriented action, collaborative lateral leadership   
  • You have strong negotiation skills and communicate confidently even with top management stakeholders
  • You enjoy leading interdisciplinary and international project teams in a motivating and goal-oriented manner 
  • Your working style is organized, result-oriented and characterized by a high degree of initiative
  • Fluent written and spoken business German and English round off your profile
