Team Leader IT Order Management (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

  • Together with the team and our specialist departments, you will create customized IT solutions for the global sales activities of HUGO BOSS
  • You will design and develop core business processes in Order Management together with the team - as a partner to our specialist departments - and ensure their operative business
  • You will take responsibility for the strategic development of our IT applications and processes in Order Management and create sustainable, innovative and scalable solutions for the future
  • You work directly on initiatives of the "Claim 5" growth strategy and are heavily involved in the renewal of our ERP systems by SAP S/4 HANA and thus in the creation of a High Performance Digital Core
  • You lead and develop a heterogeneous team of IT consultants
  • You plan and coordinate (internal and external) IT consultants for global implementation and rollout projects
  • You create a framework for the team to achieve common goals, to grow through challenges, to foster personal development and to give the team a home

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable education
  • Disciplinary leadership experience as team or group leader
  • Profound knowledge in project management and project leadership
  • More than 7 years of professional experience as an IT consultant, ideally in the area of SAP SD/ Order Management
  • You are an ENABLER and know how to motivate the team to top performance based on mutual trust, respectful interaction and integrity
  • You think entrepreneurial, you are curious and willing to learn, you take responsibility and you are a team player
  • Networking and establishing and maintaining contacts is easy for you
  • You maintain clear and transparent communication
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
